2022 NHE Schools and Winners!

The high schools who worked throughout the year to prepare for the academic competition were Concord, ConVal, Goffstown, Moultonborough, Prospect Mountain, Timberlane, and White Mountain. Kingswood competed as the only middle school team.


Goffstown High School, from the Hillsborough CCD and coached by Dr. Larry Houghton, placed both first and second at the state championship. The overall first place team also placed first in the aquatics, forestry, and wildlife categories.


Timberlane High School, from Rockingham CCD and coached by Jocelyn Fraga Muller, placed third at the state level and first in the Current Environmental Issue.


Prospect Mountain’s team from the Belknap CCD was first in soils.


4th place overall was Moultonborough HS and placing fifth was Concord HS.


Congratulations to all who challenged themselves, worked all year, and competed at the NH Envirothon!
